I'm tired of having my life planned for me. And I'm really tired of my parents keep trying to set me up with boys they think are suitable and whom I don't even like. I'm the first person in my family to go to Topaz Coast Sixth Form. My parents weren't keen on letting me go, but when the Mayor pointed out it would be a great opportunity for my future, they agreed. OK, it's for the final year, not two, but still! But before I leave, the Mayor asks a favour: a valuable town artefact has been missing for years and it's rumoured to be hidden in Topaz Coast. Specifically, at the sixth form itself.

I don't think it is there, but she’s the Mayor so I agree just to be polite. And sixth form is every bit as great as I'd hoped! I make some great friends, and I love how beautiful the town is in autumn. Unfortunately, there is one small problem: the boy whose life I saved is also at the sixth form. His name is Stephen, and I think he knows who I am.
When the Mayor wants answers about the artefact, I have no choice but to look for it - and I find myself growing closer to Stephen. Do I tell him my secrets, or not? And am I trusting the wrong person?
